These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MacroThis app and website (the “Service”), provided by LE 589X LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

MacroThis lets you log meals by voice and provides estimated calorie and macronutrient information. The Service is a tool to support your own decisions — see the health disclaimer below.

Health Disclaimer

MacroThis provides estimates for informational purposes only and is not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Nutrition values are approximate and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on the Service for medical decisions. Consult a qualified professional before making changes to your diet, exercise, or health regimen, especially if you have a medical condition.

Your Account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Subscriptions and Billing

Some features may require a paid subscription. If you purchase a subscription through an app store, billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by that app store under its terms. Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Prices and plans may change with notice.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by law.

The Service, including its content, design, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. Your meal data and recordings remain yours; you grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that nutrition estimates will be accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LE 589X LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
