You say what you ate — out loud, in plain language, like “chicken bowl with rice and black beans.” MacroThis transcribes it, identifies the foods, and estimates the calories and macros (protein, carbs, fat). No searching a database, no measuring, no manual entry.

Whole foods are matched against a real nutrition database, so common items are quite accurate. Anything estimated rather than matched is labeled, and you can always tap a meal to adjust the portion or the numbers yourself. MacroThis gives you a fast, close estimate — not a lab measurement — which is what makes consistent tracking realistic day to day.

Voice is the fastest way and what MacroThis is built around, but you can edit any meal by hand after logging it. Photo and barcode capture are on the roadmap.

Your recording is transcribed to text and analyzed to estimate nutrition, then the meal is saved to your account. We use trusted processors (for transcription and analysis) that act only on our behalf and don't use your data for their own purposes. We don't sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Open the meal from your day and tap to edit any food's portion or macros, or delete it entirely. Your daily totals update automatically.

You get full access during your trial period. When it ends, you'll be prompted to subscribe to keep tracking. We'll always be clear about pricing and renewal terms before any charge.

Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed in your Apple account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions), where you can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access through the end of the current period.

In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your meals and account data from our systems. It can't be undone.
